Lets start with the wonderful mix of chickpeas and cauliflower: Cauliflower and Chickpea Skillet by Kalinda of Wheat Free Meat Free.
Denise of Oh Taste and See has sent in this creamy, hearty, dish:Riccoli in Four Cheese Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce. Perfect for the cool weather and the holidays!
Prajusha from I Cook I Post has sent in this rich and delicious combination of Cauliflower and Soya Chunks Masala. This was a favourite among the vegetarian dishes at a party.

Janet of at the wonderful blogging spot, The Taste Space-Steam, Bake, Boil, Shake! has come with an interesting combination of spices and ingredients familiar to Indian, Mediterranean and South-East Asian Cusisine with a delicious result in: New Potato, Chickpea and Green Bean Thai Curry with Cucumber and Coriander Salsa.
Archana of The Mad Scientist's Kitchen has a delicious traditional bhuna gravy dish Cauliflower in Tomato Gravy. There is an option for cutting down the richness in the gravy by substituting milk for cream.
Priya the proflic blogger at Priya's Easy N Tasty Recipes has come up with two dishes: Cauliflower Capsicum Rice. The cauliflower-capsicum combination works in this one-pot rice dish! Cauliflower Mascarpone Pasta is another creamy pasta dish in this Round Up.
My own submissions to the event are two easy recipes: Spicy Baked Cauliflower Florets with the minimum of spices.
The second is presented as a 'party' dish! The whole baked cauliflower follows the above recipe with slight changes in the steaming time. Spicy Baked Whole Cauliflower gives results far above the time it took for you to prepare! :-)
