Kashmiri Rajma


Kashmiri Rajma, from a favourite at  A Mad Tea Party.
Perfect for the pressure-cooker method, comfort food for the  sudden chill in the weather, and above all freezes well for my routine! And no guilt for a dollop of ghee/clarified butter too!
And yes, a box, saved for a shameless swap later this week!
