It has been a very busy few months with several pending food related posts.
Here is a glimpse into the summer tones and flavours.
With an extended long-weekend, today called for some of our simple favourites:
Roma Tomatoes, Basil and Garlic with a dressing of olive oil
&
Lightly toasted , crusty bread with mozzarella cheese slices, tomatoes, fresh lemon-basil leaves, drizzles of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.
