Easy Guacamole!





Easy Guacamole
1 ripe avocado= 1 Cup of chopped chunks
2 tsps of lime juice
1/4 tsp roasted cummin seeds, lightly crushed
1/4 tsp of red chilli flakes
2 tsps of finely chopped red onions
Sea Salt
Method
Mix everything well, mashing the avocado to your consistency
Here it is slightly chunky and not pureed.
Pantry did not have fresh coriander/cilantro.
Mix 2 tbsps of finely chopped coriander to the above.
