Happy Diwali...


Happy Diwali !
Wish you all joy, light and love.

Rava Ladu/ Rava Laddooo. A roasted semolina, clarified butter/ghee and cardamom confection, lightly dusted with dessicated coconut flakes.
Was not a childhood favourite but  has gained favour now.
