Mooli ka Paratha

Another play on winter vegetables with Radish/ Mooli/ Daikon...
Mooli ka Paratha: spiced up radish mix stuffed  inside a wheat  bread,  accompanied with butter and pickles.
For the Radish Filling

2 1/2 cups of grated Radish
2- green chillies very finely chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp amchoor powder

Squeeze out all the water from the radish.
Dry roast the radish on medium heat until it starts turning brown on the edges.
You will get about 1 1/2 Cups of dry roasted radish
Add the powders and the green chillies and roast some more
Allow to cool before  filling in the paratha.
Serve hot with butter and pickles.
