Would love to check out the 'stuffed eggplants'!<br />Our spicy flavours really went well Acorn; the Chicken Curry with a generous helping of sauce worked well.<br />For a vegetarian option something like eggplant or parwal in a spicy sauce should contrast nicely with the coarser texture of the Acorn.
